Social media management and creative posts

Your ad creates the interest. Your profile decides whether it survives. We keep the page alive with creative worth stopping for, and we answer the messages it produces.

The problem

A dead page costs you sales you never find out about.

Here is what actually happens after somebody sees your ad. They tap the profile name. They look at the last three posts, the date on the most recent one, and whether anyone replied to the comments. That takes about four seconds, and it decides whether they message you.

If the last post is from January, the decision is already made. That lost sale never appears in any report — it looks like a click that did not convert, so the response is usually to change the ad. The ad was fine.

The other failure is posting for the sake of posting. A calendar filled with festival greetings, motivational quotes and stock images keeps the page technically active while telling a prospective customer nothing about whether you are good at what you do. Volume without a point is just a slower way of being ignored.

What we do

Posts worth stopping for, and replies that arrive the same day.

Content calendar built on your actual business

Planned around your drops, projects, seasons and departures — not around a generic list of posting occasions.

Creative posts and carousels

Designed, not templated. Each post has a job: answer a question, show the work, or make somebody ask the price.

Reels and short video

The format the platforms are actively pushing, cut from work you are already doing rather than staged from scratch.

Stories and daily presence

The low-effort layer that keeps you visible between posts and drives most profile visits.

Profile optimisation

Bio, highlights, pinned posts, contact buttons and the first nine tiles — the part everybody actually judges you on.

Comment and DM response

Replies within hours, not next week. An unanswered comment on a public post is visible to every future visitor.

Content produced from your work

Site visits, packing, kitchens, workshops, deliveries. The unglamorous behind-the-scenes footage consistently outperforms polished production.

Reporting that matters

Profile visits, saves, shares and messages — the metrics that connect to enquiries, rather than follower count.

How we work

How a page gets brought back to life.

01

Audit

We read the page as a customer would: what the last posts say, what questions go unanswered, and what the profile fails to explain in four seconds.

02

Plan

A calendar built from your real business events, with a mix of posts that sell, posts that answer, and posts that show the work.

03

Produce

Creative made in batches to a cadence you can sustain, using footage and material you already generate day to day.

04

Run

Posting, replying and iterating weekly, with the page treated as part of the ad account rather than as a separate contract.

What it connects to

The page is where paid traffic lands second.

This is why we do not sell social media on its own. Managed separately from the ads, it becomes a content subscription that nobody can connect to revenue.

Evidence

Followers are not the metric.

We report profile visits, saves, shares and messages received, because those are the actions that precede an enquiry. Follower count is the easiest number to grow and the least connected to revenue, so we report it but never lead with it. Published examples are added as client permissions are confirmed.

Questions

Common questions.

How often should we post?

Consistently beats frequently. Three good posts a week that you can sustain for a year is worth more than daily posting for six weeks followed by silence.

The silence is the real damage — an abandoned page reads as a business in trouble, which is worse than a quiet page that posts steadily.

Does social media actually bring in customers?

Directly, sometimes. Indirectly, almost always — because it is the second thing a person checks after seeing your ad or your website.

That second check is where a lot of paid budget quietly dies. The ad worked, the profile did not, and nothing in the reporting shows it.

Should we buy followers?

No. Bought followers do not engage, which tells the platform your content is not worth showing, so your reach to real people falls. You pay to make your own account worse.

They are also obvious to anyone who looks at the ratio between followers and comments.

Who supplies the photos and video?

We produce most of it, and the best material usually comes from what you are already doing — site visits, packing orders, the workshop, a group departing. We will tell you exactly what to capture on your phone, and we handle the rest.

Do you manage LinkedIn and YouTube too?

[CONTENT TO VERIFY — confirm which platforms are covered as standard.] Instagram and Facebook are where most of our clients' customers are, so that is where we concentrate.

Can you manage the page without running our ads?

We can, but we will be honest that it works less well. Organic content and paid campaigns feed each other — the posts that perform organically make the best ads, and the ads drive the profile visits. Split across two suppliers, that loop does not happen.

What does social media management cost?

[CONTENT TO VERIFY — confirm packages, posting volume included and minimum term before publishing.]

When was your last post?

If you had to check, your customers already did. Send us the profile and we will tell you what it is currently saying about the business.
