Industry knowledge is not a marketing claim; it is knowing that travel bookings are decided in WhatsApp threads, that fashion creative fatigues in days, that a real estate lead contacted on Monday morning is already gone, and that ecommerce revenue growth can hide falling profitability.
None of that is learnable from a case study. It comes from running the accounts. So we work in four sectors rather than claiming all of them, and when an enquiry arrives from outside those four we say so.
