Hotel marketing, brand presence and direct booking systems
We have run brand and lead campaigns for hotels and hospitality properties. The work is always the same two things: make the property visible, and stop paying a fifth of every booking to somebody else.
The short answer
Why is a full hotel still not profitable?
Because occupancy and margin are different numbers. A property can run near capacity while a large share of every booking goes to online travel agents in commission, and the only way to change that is to build direct demand.
Direct booking is the cheapest revenue in hospitality and the hardest to get, because it requires two things most properties do not have: a brand people recognise before they search, and a booking path that actually works on a phone.

The problem
Three failures we see repeatedly.
OTA dependence eats the margin. Booking platforms bring volume and take a significant commission on every room. A property with no direct channel has no negotiating position and no relationship with the guest after checkout.
The property is invisible outside the platforms. Guests search a destination, not a hotel name. If the property has no brand presence, no content and no recognisable social page, it only exists inside the OTA listing where it competes purely on price.
Enquiries arrive and wait. Wedding enquiries, banquet bookings, group bookings and corporate stays come in by phone, WhatsApp and web form — and are handled by whoever is at the desk, with no record and no follow-up.
What we run
The demand side.
Meta Ads for brand and direct booking
Property and destination campaigns that build recognition before the search, then retarget toward a direct booking rather than an OTA listing.
Google Ads on property and destination terms
Bidding on your own property name is not vanity — it is how you stop paying commission on a guest who was already looking for you.
Brand and property creative
Rooms, food, views, events and the things that actually make a booking decision, produced properly rather than lifted from the OTA listing.
Social media presence
The page a guest checks before booking. An abandoned Instagram costs direct bookings you never find out about.
Seasonal and event campaigns
Weddings, conferences, festival periods and off-season fills, planned around the property's calendar.
Reporting on direct versus OTA
Bookings reported by channel, so the commission saved is visible rather than assumed.
What we build
Everything after the click.
Property website
Fast, with real photography, honest room information and a booking path that works on a phone.
Direct booking flow
Rates, availability and payment, connected to your existing booking engine or PMS rather than replacing it.
Enquiry capture for events and groups
Wedding, banquet and corporate enquiries into one list with the source recorded, rather than a note at the front desk.
WhatsApp response
Instant reply to enquiries at any hour, which matters when a guest is comparing three properties at midnight.
Guest CRM and follow-up
Enquiry to booking tracked properly, plus post-stay contact — repeat guests and referrals cost nothing to acquire.
Review and reputation flow
Prompting reviews systematically, because rating is the single biggest lever on both OTA and direct conversion.
How we work
How the system gets built.
Research
We map how enquiries or orders actually arrive today, and where they are lost.
Build the catch
Pages, capture and tracking first. More traffic into a leaking system just increases the leak.
Launch and test
Campaigns live with correct conversion tracking and a deliberate testing plan.
Operate
Weekly iteration across campaign, page and follow-up, by one team.
What it connects to
The systems behind it.
Build and run under one team, because the handover point is where results are usually lost.
Evidence
Sourced figures only.
We do not publish results we cannot attribute to a named account with the measurement window and attribution model stated. Case studies are added as client permissions are confirmed.

Questions
Common questions.
How do we reduce our dependence on OTAs?
By building demand that reaches the guest before they open a booking platform, and by making direct booking genuinely easier than the alternative.
That means brand campaigns in your source markets, bidding on your own property name in search, a booking flow that works properly on a phone, and a reason to book direct that is visible on the page. It is a gradual shift rather than a switch, and it compounds.
Should we bid on our own hotel name in Google Ads?
Usually yes, even though it feels like paying for traffic you would get anyway.
If you do not, booking platforms will — and a guest searching your property name lands on an OTA listing where the booking costs you commission. The ad spend is almost always less than the commission on the bookings it protects.
Does social media bring hotel bookings?
Indirectly, and more than most properties assume. It is the page a guest checks between seeing your listing and deciding, and it is where the property either looks alive or looks neglected.
What about wedding and banquet enquiries?
These are the highest-value enquiries a property receives and usually the worst handled — taken at the desk, written down, and followed up when somebody remembers.
Capturing them into one list with automated first response and structured follow-up is normally the fastest improvement available.
Can you work with our existing booking engine?
Generally yes. We build around the engine and PMS you already run rather than proposing a replacement, unless the engine itself is the thing losing bookings.
How many hotels have you worked with?
[CONTENT TO VERIFY — confirm the number of hotel clients and which may be named before publishing.]
Where does the commission actually go?
Most properties have never split their bookings by channel and costed them. That number usually starts the conversation.
